Wheaton Pediatrics is accepting new patients. Our physicians see patients on an appointment basis. We request that you call in advance to reserve a time.

We recommend and maintain the following schedule of routine well child exams for our patients:

3 to 7 Days Old 2 Weeks Old 2 Months of Age 4 Months of Age 6 Months of Age 9 Months of Age

12 Months of Age 15 Months of Age 18 Months of Age 24 Months of Age 3 to 18 Years – Yearly Physical New Patients, for Baseline Purposes

This is the schedule of physical exams mandated by the State of Illinois and required for school-aged children:

• Most pre-school facilities – 3 and 4 Years Old
• Home day care settings – Any Age
• Kindergarten
• 6th grade
• 9th grade

Special Note: Yearly physicals are required at the junior high, middle school and high school levels for anyone participating in a competitive sport through the school.
