Financial Requirements and Payment Information
As a courtesy to our patients, our billing department will bill your insurance company for each visit. Patient statements are sent monthly. Your family account is set up under the parent the child lives with per Wheaton Pediatrics policy. The insurance may be billed under a parent not living in the home, but our contact must remain with the custodial parent. The policy regarding financial obligations and payment requirements can be found on the second page of the registration form. If you have questions about financial arrangements, please call the office and request to speak with one of our billing staff members.
